Oztera customized the solution using Microsoft Dynamics NAV development tools to meet the specific vertical needs of Essai. It maximized the full potential of the solution, achieving complete automation of all business processes and integrating it seamlessly with the Microsoft Office System, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. The solution currently has 21 users.
