Avaya Case Study: Bama Companies Inc.

Overview The Bama Companies, Inc. is an innovative manufacturer of wholesome bakery products focusing on business-to-business relationships in the quick-service and casual dining markets. The Bama Companies historically had a mix of vendors supporting communications across its enterprise. It was managing independently and was not able to leverage system management resources, communications and feature functionality across locations. It chose to standardize on Avaya and Extreme Networks across its enterprise as a single solution. Bama has implemented an Avaya S8500 Media Server and Media Gateways along with INTUITY AUDIX to support its four-building campus along with DEFINITY Servers at two other locations.
