Avaya Case Study: Antares Management Solutions

Overview Antares Management Solutions (AMS) has a dual focus: business process outsourcing for the insurance industry and information technology outsourcing for small to mid-sized organizations throughout the United States. AMS needed a new communications solution to replace its existing system that was at the end of its life cycle. AMS also wanted a uniform system that would allow its five locations to be interconnected. AMS selected and implemented an Avaya Business Advocate solution for its call center operations. The solution uses an Avaya S8300 Media Server with an Avaya G700 Media Gateway, and Avaya DEFINITY Communications Servers with Avaya Ethernet Switches. The Avaya Call Management System uses best services routing algorithms and Avaya Unified Messenger.
