Permanently Bypass the Recycle Bin When Deleting Files

Overview If one would like to permanently delete any file without having to remove it from the recycle bin also, this simple webcast sets the Windows XP installation to ignore the recycling bin completely. This means any files a person deletes will be permanently lost (though still accessible to data recovery software). If one wishes to revert to using the recycle bin, simply enter 0 as the new value.
