Crystal Enterprise 9.0: Tips and Tricks for the Tivoli Data Warehouse 1.2 Environment

Overview The purpose of this white paper is to document solutions for three common problems one may run into when using Crystal Enterprise 9.0 with Tivoli Data Warehouse 1.2. This paper addresses the issues such as the default Tivoli reports user does not have the necessary authorization rights to view reports; some reports may not show data if using a data mart with a name other than TWH_MART, even though at 1.2 a person is able to define up to four mart databases; when editing reports in Crystal Reports, a person may need a simple way to re-publish the changed reports to the Crystal Enterprise architecture.
