Overview The production of labelling and packaging is a complex market and it is one where trends are changing. RAKO prints with an impressive spread of technologies that includes Flexo, Ubiflexo, Letterpress, Silk Screen, Offset, it answered customer demands for shorter runs, quality colour and swift delivery times by stepping into the world of digital print. It became the first label printer in Germany to offer HP Indigo Omnius web-fed packaging and label print. RAKO started with two HP Omnius Webstream 50s (now known as HP Indigo ws2000) and its use of digital print has now increased to represent six per cent of the total business, running on two HP Indigo Press WS4000 and two HP Indigo Press WS4050 machines.
