HP Business Continuity Services Swing Into Action to Avert Datacentre Disaster

Overview Data is critical to most companies but it is the vital life-blood of dunnhumby, a specialised provider of database management and analytical services to a range of high-profile clients. To support the need for total reliability, the company has a robust HP infrastructure with 12 HP AlphaServer systems running Tru64 UNIX, many HP ProLiant servers running Windows and a number of HP StorageWorks EVA5000 storage array systems. To further ensure the safety of its essential data, the company also subscribes to the Business Recovery Core Service from HP Business Continuity Services (BCS).
