Lessons Learned From September 11, 2001

Overview Close to 30 of Strohl Systems' clients were directly affected by the tragic events of September 11. A little more than a month later, representatives from many of those organizations participated in a roundtable discussion at the New York RUG show. This paper presents some of the ideas and observations that arose during the meeting as participants discussed what they've learned in the aftermath of the disaster and how they will plan for the future.
