Double-Take Software Case Study: Mack Energy Corp.

Overview Formed in 1988, Mack Energy Corporation is an oil and gas production and exploration company located in Artesia, New Mexico. The company wanted to implement a disaster recovery program, and thus minimize both planned and unplanned downtime. After consulting with IBM and PC Connection, and receiving a recommendation of Double-Take Software's Double-Take product for real-time replication of its data, the company selected the Double-Take solution.
