Citibank Receives Disaster Recovery Solution From Datacraft
Overview IT services company Datacraft has upgraded the business continuity capabilities of Citibank Taiwan, a financial services company. Under the terms of the agreement Datacraft has deployed a disaster recovery site which will support the bank's Taipei data centre and island-wide branch network. This will be achieved through real-time backups of all critical business data so that in the event of a network failure the amount of downtime and lost information can be minimised.
