Computacenter Case Study: BT Openworld
Overview BT is one of Europe's leading telecommunications giants, and has been offering Internet services since 1996. Business continuity and seamless service to their customers was paramount to BT. BT's IT systems were central to the service they provided, and therefore must be continuously available. The solution was provided by Computacenter's Solutions Centre, an independent testing facility that includes a fully functional datacentre, 80 racks of enterprise class equipment, and eight proof of concept labs.
