Metadata Management: BEA AquaLogic Data Services Platform

Overview BEA AquaLogic Data Services Platform enables data service architects to build data services that can access, aggregate, and update information from multiple heterogeneous data sources in a uniform way. Data services built and deployed using it can be easily shared and reused by multiple applications in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). BEA AquaLogic Data Services Platform keeps metadata about all its logical data services and underlying physical data sources in a metadata repository. This metadata repository allows data-service architects to catalog and manage their data services. The metadata repository also captures dependency information and lets architects to conduct impact change analysis across data services.
