Overview Plunkett's Pest Control Inc., headquartered in Fridley, Minn., is a Copesan partner serving eight upper Midwest states. Plunkett's Pest Control delivers new-hire and ongoing pest control training to remote employees located throughout the upper Midwest. The majority of training is instructor led and on-the-job and is created internally; however, the company was seeking a way to transition some training to a Web-based platform. Using SkillSoft's Course Customization Toolkit, Plunkett's technical director created a course that fulfills an annual specialized training need for the company's seasoned pest technicians.
