Overview Minnesota School of Business, Inc. (MSB) and Globe College Inc. (GC), are proprietary corporations based in Minnesota. MSB/GC's key to a long-term solution was in creating and increasing new ways to enhance leaders and their team members' effectiveness. Following a SWOT analysis, the executive directors made the decision to equip leaders and new managers with effective team work/management tools in order to advance current managers' skill sets and develop new managers who would be able to accomplish specified tasks. MSB/GC integrated quality training tools, such as SkillSoft simulations and modules, in the training curriculum to increase development efficiency and enhance delivery effectiveness.
