MoD Implements Bespoke MCDST Programme
Overview The Ministry of Defence is implementing a bespoke Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification programme for its IT support staff. The programme, designed by training provider QA, was developed in response to the MoD's decision to outsource its IT function. It aims to provide over 200 MoD staff with a demonstrable baseline level of skill.
