Overview As its largest hands-on training facility, Oracle's Enterprise Technology Center (ETC) is used by Oracle and its customers to develop, demonstrate, and test Oracle solutions in a full-scale enterprise environment. But prior to a February 2005 storage upgrade, capacity limitations prevented the Oracle ETC from satisfying all its customers' support and testing needs.
