Overview Oliver Products is a legacy in the manufacturing business, having been in operation since 1890. Oliver Products is a leader in its markets, but many of its business processes are steeped in tradition. The company's aging PBX telephone system had reached its limit, and some of the IT department's internal customers were starting to demand more from the company's network. It was clear that the outdated network would stymie any steps toward improved efficiency. The company chose local Cisco SMB Select Partner, ISG to implement a Cisco solution. They teamed up to plan the deployment which included a new Cisco Catalyst network and switches, wireless hardware, Cisco Security Agent and VoIP equipment including 162 7940 phones Unity Voice Messaging.
