Overview Like any IT initiative, it's very difficult to gain executive support for ITIL adoption if your proposal doesn't show a demonstrable ROI. That is the focus of this Forrester Research report, which presents findings from a survey of 101 European companies that have embarked on the ITIL journey. The paper highlights the benefits those companies are realizing through ITIL adoption but also points out the pitfalls they encountered by not having ROI firmly in view when they began their ITIL implementations.
