Performance of Neural Network Handoff Algorithm Under Varying Mobile Velocities

Overview This paper analyses the effects of training on the performance of neural network handoff algorithm in a micro-cellular environment. The paper first describes the neural network handoff decision algorithm as it is applied to the handoff scenario and then introduces the effects and performance of the number of training points used for the chosen algorithm. The performance criterion is the number and location of the handoff.
