Overview Known as The City by the Bay and The Scenic City, Owen Sound is a harbor town with a heritage tied to the commerce and culture of the Great Lakes. The City's PC technician is responsible for keeping more than 200 PCs operating smoothly. When the city migrated its operating system from Windows NT to Windows 2000, he knew his IT skills would need to keep pace.
