Proving e-Learning's Worth in Delivering Cost-Effective Training to 8,000 Staff at Prudential

Overview Prudential needed to find the most efficient, effective and consistent way of reaching a geographically diverse audience - and needed to do it quickly. Prudential gravitated towards established e-Learning providers, on the basis that as well as being robust and reliable, e-Learning providers would be able to share past experiences and help Prudential learn from other people's cuts and bruises. Prudential developed a three-year plan with SkillSoft because they met Prudential's criteria, had content that Prudential couldn't build themselves and advised Prudential on how they could develop their learning plan and take it forward.
