Use this action item log to keep project team meetings on task
Overview
This form is designed to help managers keep track of tasks and the team members who are responsible for completing them.
How many times has this happened to you? You attend a meeting where members of a project team have enthusiastically volunteered to complete a variety of assignments. Then, a week later at a follow-up meeting, only a few team members have completed their assignments--and others can't even remember the task they were assigned to complete.
This simple action item log, created by project management expert Tom Mochal, will help ensure that important tasks don't fall through the cracks. It will also keep your team focused on the important work it wants to accomplish and build a culture in which team members know they'll be held accountable for meeting commitments made to other team members.
