Hack Skype to make phone calls directly from your Web browser

Overview Configure Internet Explorer so that you can make Skype calls directly from a Web page or from the browser toolbar.

Skype uses the packet protocols of the Internet to transmit voice data - essentially creating a free VoIP service.
