Overview
The Cisco Security Agent (CSA) enforces enterprise security policies by controlling individual workstations. This sample chapter, taken from Cisco Press' Cisco Security Agent, provides a general overviews of CSA Agent software components, briefly covers Agent protocol communication, and walks you though various installation methods.
Tables 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3 are a nice quick reference as they outline the installation requirements for Windows, Solaris, and Linux systems respectively. The chapter's most helpful sections cover Agent Kits and their various installation methods.
