Overview A large European operator with fixed-line, mobile and Internet assets wanted to implement a fully integrated, strategic, end-to-end inventory management system across all of the fixed infrastructure for its fixed, mobile and data networks. It needed a system capable of delivering a graphical, end-to-end representation of its circuits and systems for all its fixed line transmission circuits and equipment, and for the fixed elements of its wireless network. The project undertaken by Capgemin has addressed the client's core inventory problem by providing a solution that successfully overcomes the issues of complexity, change and scalability to improve business performance through OSS.
