Rapid Implementation of Oracle a Perfect Fit for PrinterOn
Overview PrinterOn Corporation provides secure Internet printing, viewing and faxing products and solutions. PrinterOn was experiencing substantial growth and expected this to continue at an exponential rate. It required an enterprise-wide ERP application that could accommodate the anticipated growth and work towards achieving the company's business goals and objectives. PrinterOn wanted to continue to utilize Clarify in dealing with its Web customers; therefore, an interface with Clarify was also required. Capgemini was selected to implement a software solution based on Oracle's ERP suite of applications. The five-person project team leveraged Capgemini's Rapid Implementation methodology in order to accommodate PrinterOn's specific requirements. DISC (Dynamic Integrated Solution Configurator) was at the core of the methodology as a pre-configured enabler.
