Overview For the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, one of Europe's busiest airports, efficiency is a top priority. With several different sources of user identity information, the airport lacked an accurate source of user data for its 2,500 internal and external users. The airport wanted to implement a secure identity management solution to manage its current users and clean out old users in its systems. The airport evaluated identity management solutions, including Microsoft Active Directory, before selecting a Novell Nsure solution consisting of Novell eDirectory and Novell Nsure Identity Manager. The airport also selected Novell ZENworks Desktop Management.
