Overview Located in Boise, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is responsible for providing all Idahoans with vital services ranging from Medicaid to Food Stamps, Child Protection to Disease Prevention. The senior IT systems security analyst for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare was tasked with finding a VPN solution for the Department. There was the risk of the log-in page being viewable to unauthorized persons due to the risk of hacking and tunneling into the network.
