Journyx Customer Case Study: PFSweb

Overview PFSweb develops and deploys integrated business infrastructure solutions and fulfillment services for Fortune 1000, Global 2000 and brand name companies, including third party logistics, call center support and e-commerce services. PFSweb formerly used a combination of manual forms, spreadsheets and project management software to perform these functions, but as the organization grew, it became apparent that this limited method of accounting would not scale with PFSweb's growth and would cost the organization in lost revenue and could lead to inappropriate classification of IT activities. PFSweb sought help from Journyx Timesheet - Web-based software for time-tracking, billing, payroll, invoicing and project management to properly categorize IT activities, manage projects and forecast future activities, track employee vacations, and reconcile contract labor activities against invoices.
