Overview Schuff International, Inc. an integrated steel fabrication and erection company, provides a fully integrated range of steel construction services, including design engineering, detailing, joist manufacturing, fabrication and erection, and project management expertise. Schuff needed a solution to help manage the risks associated with employee internet use. They originally installed Websense Enterprise to improve employee productivity, save network bandwidth from streaming media and P2P and reduce company exposure to the legal liability that results from inappropriate web content in the workplace. After evaluating several products on the market, Schuff chose Websense because it was easy to manage and offered the flexibility they needed to customize employee internet access by different users and groups within their organization.
