mySAP All-in-One at Sparkice

Overview Sparkice was founded in 1996 with the vision of becoming a leading e-sourcing organization for Chinese products and services. There were no back-end ERP systems, and report generation - on Excel - was extremely difficult, necessitating a lot of manual work. Sales orders and invoices were also a problem, with salespeople forced to hand carry or e-mail documents to the finance department for invoicing purposes - an inefficient process that invariably led to inconsistencies and errors. Sparkice was thus motivated to begin searching for an ERP option. In the end, Sparkice decided to go with SAP; Sparkice saw SAP as not only best suited to its needs, but also as the most robust and scalable solution available.
