Overview As an established supplier of outsourced IT services, Xansa has been instrumental in the promotion of service management best practice. In recognition of the importance of training in this area, Xansa were involved in the launch of relevant courses. From early contributions to the production of the original ITIL best practice guidelines in the late 1980's, through to the present day OGC ITIL publications and BSI code of practice for IT service management, Xansa has maintained an active involvement.
