Using Group Policy for Enterprise Desktop Management: Standardization, Security, and Compliance
Overview With the proliferation of the networked personal computer, desktop management has become increasingly important to network security, user productivity, and regulatory compliance. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world, providing a cohesive set of best practices drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.
