BSI Case Study: Datallect Group Ltd
Overview The Datalect Group has been providing services within the I.T. industry since the 1970's. Datalect has a significant number of large partners organisations to which it delivers services. In order to ensure they are able to deliver efficient and effective IT Service management solution, the organisation began to use the proven guidance of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to structure and co-ordinate their business processes. The implementation of ITIL ensured the commitment to ensuring industry best practice was the goal. The development of the BS 15000 standard has also been a valuable source of guidance.
