Instituto de Normalizacion Previsional Reduces Response Time With Oracle E-Business Suite

Overview INP, Chile's Social Security Administration Institute was created in 1980 to regulate national funds to supplement deficits generated by the implementation of the new social security policies. The institute wanted to eliminate errors caused by mismatched and unreliable data from the pensioners coming from branch offices and establish financial information availability for 300 employees. They also wanted to improve the performance of services and products for pensioners. The institute implemented Oracle Financials, unifying data from 62 branch offices and delivering data reliability and eliminated discrepancies in pensioner data due to Oracle E-Business Suite.
