Archival Tapes Made With VERITAS NetBackup

Overview If you are using VERITAS NetBackup as your archival solution, you might want to use the tapes as part of your migration plan to move data from a Tru64 UNIX on AlphaServer system to an HP-UX 11i v2 on Intel Itanium 2-based HP Integrity server. You might also have to maintain your Tru64 UNIX archival tapes so you can restore data to HP-UX 11i for disaster recovery. This paper will help you formulate your migration plan with regard to your archived data using VERITAS NetBackup.
