Best Practices for Using Oracle Label Security With Oracle E-Business Suite
Overview Oracle E-Business suite is widely deployed in many environments. It consists of two large classes of Business Applications: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which contains applications such as General Ledger, Payroll and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which contains applications-modules such as Order Management. These applications are typically deployed on the intranet as well as on the internet. This paper uses the example of an actual customer implementation of E-Business Suite and Oracle Label Security to develop a framework of best practices. In addition, it also introduces several new features of OLS, especially those that are new in 10g Release of Oracle RDBMS.
