North Dakota University System Optimizes Use of Funds, Improves Efficiency and Expands Student Services With Integrated IT Infrastructure

Overview The North Dakota University System (NDUS) includes 11 public colleges and universities governed by the North Dakota State Board of Higher Education. NDUS wanted to improve ability of the university system and campuses to comply with continually changing financial aid regulations and offer the convenience of online services to prospective and current students to help improve recruitment and retention. They wanted to improve operational efficiency through an integrated IT infrastructure. NDUS implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise applications for Human Resources (HR) management, financial management, and student administration to create an integrated IT infrastructure that has expanded student services, streamlined compliance, and enhanced operational efficiency.
