Overview RMIT International University Vietnam, located in Ho Chi Minh City, is the first international university to open a campus in Vietnam. The university wanted to improve communications for faculty and students through a converged cost-effective and secure high-performance, wireless network the university is the very first organisation in Vietnam to deploy this technologically advanced converged mobility solution from Nortel. The Nortel solution has been designed to provide the highest levels of network performance, security, flexibility and reliability. It includes a suite of advanced data and voice services including VoIP telephony; wireless LAN; and fast and secure access to the University's data centre via an optical fibre backbone networking infrastructure.
