Grove Cafe Offers Wireless High-Speed Internet Access Based on Pronto's Hotspot Managed Services

Overview The Grove Cafe is a very popular coffee house and gourmet deli, located in the upscale Marina district of San Francisco. One of the main objectives for the Grove Cafe in setting up a public WLAN was to minimize the involvement of employees running or maintaining the wireless service. The cafe's goals also included secure payment options and flexible pricing plans to fit their customers' needs. These challenges have all been met by the Pronto Networks solution deployed by a wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), leading to increased revenue to the location, an inexpensive, easy-to-use system for users, and easily managed and maintained hotspot location for the service provider.
