Case Study: BT

Overview In 1996, BT embarked on one of the most challenging telemarketing projects ever undertaken by a telecommunications company. The key aims of the project were to retain existing customers and increase sales within their customer base. BT's existing system did not have the capacity to manage the scale of the project. In October 1996, BT formed a partnership with Graham Technology to design the ultimate solution for their call centers. Graham Technology's customer management framework, GT-X, was the only flexible and scalable solution that could meet all the requirements.
