Overview Established in 1983 by Bob Dello Russo, Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc., has grown to be one of Central Florida's largest and most well-respected companies. When senior management realized how much time was being spent each week performing manual data entry tasks, such as filling out time sheets and entering this information into cost accounting and payroll systems, they knew there was an opportunity for improvement. In January 2004, Del-Air deployed a joint technology solution using Nextel's mobile phones with global positioning system capabilities and Xora, Inc., whose location-based service helps companies improve field-to-office and intra-office communications.
