HP Web Jetadmin is a printer management software solution that can discover many different models of printers from various vendors. Once a printer is discovered, the additional functions that can be performed or the various pieces of information that can be viewed depend upon several factors. HP Web Jetadmin uses SNMP queries to gather information from printers. How much information is displayed, and what functionality is provided, depends solely on the printer's ability to answer the SNMP queries.
