Softbank Investment Data Is Available - And Safe With StorageTek L20/L40

Overview Softbank Investment Corporation (Softbank Investment) constitutes the core of the Softbank Group's venture capital operations. Softbank Investment operates a total of five servers, beginning with its key Solaris + Oracle-based system for managing the various funds, and including a consolidated accounting system, a Windows NT server-run accounting system, an intranet server and a file server. Determined to alleviate operational difficulties by automating and speeding up the backup process, Softbank Investment opted to install a system comprising StorageTek's L20 tape library and Legato Systems' NetWorker software.
