Understanding and Reducing Stress in Collaborative e-Learning

Overview On-line collaboration is becoming increasingly common in education and with organisations. It is believed that this can in itself cause stress for collaborators. This paper investigates methods of reducing stress on line and proposes some principles for constructing on-line collaborative events to ensure that stress is eliminated or at least minimised.
