Overview Symmetry Software, a leader in payroll related software applications for the Internet and Corporate Intranets, was searching for a way to easily customize its software solutions for companies' payroll departments. All too often, Symmetry would spend a significant amount of time demonstrating to prospective companies the functions of its paycheck modeling and withholding form processing, while still not being able to communicate all the benefits and features. They were in need of a way to streamline its demos and cut down on the amount of time needed to explain the product. Symmetry implemented Linkitivity's WebDemo, a real-time, Web-conferencing server software tool that enables businesses to collaborate with their customers using only an Internet browser and a Web connection.
