Overview Compaq's original business case for the Primavera implementation of Primavera software anticipated far-reaching effects throughout the enterprise1. However, external events, such as Compaq's merger with HP, moved so quickly that Compaq's PMO was thrust into the limelight, reconstituted as the organization's PMO, and given multiple new responsibilities.
