Case Study: About the Enfora Spider SA-G Family of GSM/GPRS Modems
Overview Enfora recently has begun installing a unique M2M solution with Marconi Corporation PLC involving a major Cellular Operator in Latin America using SA-G modems. Marconi uses the SA-G modem to connect to its hardware instrumentation within a cellular base station. As a result of multiple tests, the Enfora SA-G modem was chosen over many competitors in the field. The Enfora SAG and Spider SA-GL modems support multi-slot class 10 data speeds for applications that require the ability to cycle between low volume GRPS data applications, and higher bandwidth functionality.
