Overview Integra Financial is part of the Walnut Street Securities (WSS) "Supply Chain" and therefore, subject to many of the same regulatory and legal requirements such as GLBA, OFAC and NASD Rule 3510. In order to maintain compliance with the policy of MetLife and its affiliated companies, including Walnut Street Securities, Inc., Integra Financial must equally respond to a Significant Business Disruption ("SBD") by safeguarding employees' lives and firm property, making a financial and operational assessment, quickly recovering and resuming operations, protecting all of MetLife's books and records, and allowing customers to transact business. Integra Financial in cooperation with WSS has developed a Business Crisis and Continuity Management Program (BCCMP) that addresses advance preparations and actions to be taken in response to disruptions of various magnitude.
