Overview
This paper presents an approach for calculating the capacity of multi-service CDMA networks with soft blocking using general insensitive traffic models. The system is modelled as a multi-rate traffic flow model with state dependent blocking probabilities which have to full specific requirements for maintaining reversibility of the model. Performance calculations are carried out by generalising Delbrouck's algorithm.
